Each year we get approached by more urban and regional councils to prepare these complex Plans. The word is getting out about how easy we make the entire process for the people we work with. We understand the timing and scheduling of the different components, with the draft Plan done first, followed by a consultation period, the final Plan completed and adopted by Council, and then a summary of the Plan prepared for residents.
